In April there has been another very successful Book Week, there are details in O Pensador 34.

The Book Run was a Treasure Hunt about books and authors. All MYP year groups participated during their respective language periods (Spanish/Portuguese).

The idea is for students to learn something about major books and authors from many different countries and times ( For example; The Iliad, Bible, Don Quixote, Hamlet, Treasure Island, The Doll's House, The Name of the Rose, Pinocchio, Sherlock Holmes, comics like Asterix and TinTin, Harry Potter, Lord of the Rings.). As you can see from the photos, the activity promotes team work, healthy competition and it was great fun!
