| Allowances for Masters & Doctorates | US$2,000 or US$3,000 respectively for Masters and Doctorate. Add to base salary. | ||||
| Baggage Allowance | US$1,500 each for employee and accompanying dependents payable against receipts for incoming goods. US$2,500 each per person for employee and dependents payable against receipts on final departure. | ||||
| Annual flight to & from home of record | Economy class return airfare to Home Country once per year for the Employee and Accompanying Dependents | ||||
| Health/Dental Insurance | Provided free of charge for Employee and Accompanying Dependents, within guidelines of insurance cover provided by the school, with excess deductibles as cost to the employer | ||||
| Meals | Lunch in the school canteen Monday to Friday during term time. Morning snack and lunch will be provided to the accompanying dependents enrolled or working at the school, for no additional cost to the employee. | ||||
| Transport | Access to vehicle pool and US$10,000 interest free car loan. | ||||
| Annual leave | To be taken during the school vacation period or as agreed with the director. | ||||
| Accomodation | Housing and utilities (excluding phone expenses) provided. | ||||
