The LIS Swim Team was hard at work this weekend competing at the Provincial Championships on Saturday and Sunday. Many swimmers were using this to prepare for the upcoming SAISA Championships in South Africa this week. It was a weekend filled with many medals, personal best times and learning experiences. Congratulations to the team and coaches Rita, João, Ryan and Sean who attended.
