Mrs. Andreia Prata e Queiroz is the Planning Manager at ExxonMobil Angola. She has worked for ExxonMobil since 2006 in Angola and the USA. She earned a B.S. in Business Administration – Accounting and Finance from Northeastern University in Boston, MA. Mrs. Prata e Queiroz is an alumni of the American International School of Johannesburg.
Treasurer & Chair of Finance Committee
Mrs. Eleonora Depianto has 28 years of experience at Chevron, with a career spanning a diverse range of Finance, Planning, and Commercial roles, both in the USA and internationally, including Angola, Congo, and Kazakhstan. Currently on her second assignment in Angola, her previous posting in the country was from 2010 to 2013. Born in Italy, Eleonora immigrated to the USA with her parents at the age of one. She grew up in California’s San Francisco Bay Area and now calls Houston home. Eleonora is married to Mark for 12 years and has two stepsons who both live in South Africa. Her interests include spending time with family in California, Italy, and South Africa, as well as traveling, cooking, shopping, and enjoying winter sports.

Mrs. Liliana Rocha, representative of Halliburton, is a Human Resources professional with almost a decade of experience within the intricacies of people management. Liliana works in employee training and development within her organization, and believes human development is inherently linked to education by increasing the knowledge, skills, and capacities of all people in society.
Board Member & Chair of Governance Committee
Mr. Shaun McGuire is currently serving as a Management Counselor at the U.S. Embassy in Luanda, where he arrived in July 2024. Previously, he has worked in Lithuania, Turkey, and Colombia. In Lithuania, he served as the School Board Chair from 2021 to 2023. Before joining the Department of State, he worked in Higher Education, most recently as the Assistant Dean of First-Year Programs, Orientation, and Learning Communities at Long Island University.

Mr. Joao Wolo Domingos is the Sales Manager for OneSubsea Angola. Since joining Schlumberger in 2005, Mr. Domingos has worked in several locations across Europe and Africa, and holds a degree in Civil Engineering with Structures from the University of Aberdeen in Scotland. Wolo and his wife live in Luanda and have a son attending LIS.

Mr. Michael Fidler is a financial and commercial professional with 25 years experience in the energy industry. He is currently the CFO of Azule Energy, the second largest independent oil and gas company in Sub Saharan Africa and the largest equity producer in Angola. He is a board member of several companies and has extensive experience in Joint Venture Management. Michael has two children who both attend LIS and he is passionate about the school and its mission.
